POSITION OVERVIEW

SAP OTC Analyst will be part of the Enterprise Applications Team contributing to Implementation and support of SAP Order to Cash (OTC-AFS) Processes for Supply Chain.  

Based in Bangalore, India, this Analyst role will be working in partnership with SAP Global Technology group leveraging hands on SAP Configuration and functional skills to handle the interfaces, forms, enhancements and reports.

This role is responsible for Requirement gathering, BRD preparation, Configuration, Unit testing and documentation of all (RICEFW) FSD and will be involved in deployments/rollouts and day-to-day continuous improvements and problem management for critical areas in SAP OTC system support for maintainability, performance & scalability. 

As a Ralph Lauren OTC Analyst, you will be a part of a growing Enterprise applications community that is Global in scope and operates across all of Ralph Lauren’s regions & application disciplines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, solution designs, and development estimates.
  • Experience in handling SAP S/4HANA SD implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects independently in AFS / Retail industry.
  • Configure and support SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales Orders, Pricing, Contracts, Returns, Billing, Deliveries, Credit Management, STO, and Drop Shipment processes.
  • Prepare BRD, FS, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and other project documentation.
  • Handle RICEF objects independently and coordinate with technical teams for developments, enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
  • Work closely with ABAP, Integration, Basis, Middleware, and business teams to support interfaces, IDOCs, data migration, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Perform impact analysis for business changes and recommend optimal SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Support integration with MM, FI, External WMS, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
  • Hands-on functional configuration experience in the areas of Organization structure, Pricing, Drop shipment, third party and intercompany sales.
  • Exposure to special business processes such as Contracts, Consignments, Cash sales and rush order process.
  • Strong understanding of IDOCs, output management, pricing procedures, batch management, and integration touchpoints across SAP modules.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Professional Skills:

  • Strong SAP SD / OTC with AFS / Retail industry experience
  • Able to debug code, excellent collaborative skills with development teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Must have proven ability to support multiple projects on an aggressive timeline.
  • Deliver the tasks independently as per the Azile / Activate methodology model.
  • Strong time management skill & Ability and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities on assigned tasks.

Certifications:

·       S4 Hana Sales Certification is a Plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on S4 implementation work experience in Sales & Distribution in Retail /AFS industry.
  • Having 2-3 years of domain / sales experience.
  • Experience in working on complex landscape across multi system / technology and inbound and outbound integration scenarios with SAP.
  • Prior experience in large SAP transformation program experience is desired.
  • Must have the ability to work independently in a global delivery model in aggressive timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
